Fees

My Fees are based on the BCACC Recommended Fee Schedule and include GST:

60 minute phone sessions $185

60 minute video sessions $185

90 minute video or phone sessions $270

Insurance Coverage

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, my fees are covered by many extended healthcare plans. If you have insurance coverage, payment for our sessions is made by you and I will provide you with a receipt with all the necessary details so that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Payment Policy

I prefer that payment be made before the session by e-transfer, which is very simple and only requires my email address. You do not provide any personal banking information. I will also accept cash or cheques at the beginning of the session. I like to get that part out of the way so we can focus on you. Payment for phone sessions must be made prior to the session by e-transfer. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged the full amount of the session. Special exceptions such as emergency or illness will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. A 25.00 fee will be charged for NSF cheques
